Finding my Voice: My Growth as a Leader
|
I am not the same person that I was when I began at the University of Washington. I was somewhat shy, often nervous around large groups of people, and afraid to speak up when I wasn't sure if I was right or not. Four years later, I am more confident in who I am, and in what I have to say. When I look back at the common threads of what I have accomplished both inside and outside of the classroom, the brightest pattern I see is that I have grown as a leader. |
